I broke my phone four months ago. The Mobile Protection plan was suppose to supply a new phone. They did not.
I purchased a *** from Tbooth wireless on Aug 2, 2018. At the time of the purchase, I opted for the additional mobile protection plan from Tbooth wireless.
In January 2019, I smashed the screen of the phone. At which point, I took the phone into the TBooth location to be repaired. As per their request, I paid the $200.00 deductible. Tbooth was supposed to provide a new phone to replace the one, purchase on Aug 2, 2018.
The phone that they had provided had nothing but issues. There were some issues with the phone freezing and no holding a charge. It became apparent that they had not provided a new phone.
So, on May 31, 2019, we took it to the *** location in the Midtown Plaza for repairs. They noted that the phone was registered with *** on June 1, 2018. This was two months before I had purchased the original phone.
I have tired to inquire with the Tbooth Mobile Protection plan at 1855-565-1955 to get an answer. As to how I was supposed to be provided a new phone on January 10, 2019. Only for the phone to be registered with apple in June 1, 2018.
The Tbooth Mobile protection plan noted that they well only provided a new phone. If I pay an additional two hundred dollars deductible.
