I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is resolved because they did finally refund monies. Accounting of Tazz lighting agreed to refund my account after denying it for 4 months that they even owed me. Even after proof of a blatant over order on county approved plans and our general contractor, they still would not agree to refund me. It was only until I contacted you that they paid be back. To see the email from Tazz to the Revdex.com stating there is an email string they have with me that "isn't all true" is not only perplexing, but calls in to question their business ethics and honesty, which has been apparent from their lack of resolve with me, until recently. I respect the Revdex.com's mission and efforts to hold companies to appropriate business standards, honesty and respect for the consumer. Thank you for your help and assistance. Regards,
