Taylors Dream Event Decor & Rentals

Review: After research and a few telephone calls, I enlisted the services of Taylors Dreams Events as the event-planning firm to service my nieces Sweet Sixteenth Birthday Extravaganza; held on January [redacted], 2015. Taylors Dream Events was to provide all services relative to guest and dcor (e.g. tables, chairs, centerpieces, table settings, dessert table, step & repeat, props etc.). The event was scheduled from 5pm 1am Eastern Standard Time; Taylors Dream arrived to SETUP the venue at 7:43pm! At which time, things went from BAD to WORSE!Cake left wrapped in plastic food wrap, "dessert table" consisted of boxed over the counter candy, event was a sweet sixteen; Taylors Dream provided 15 single candles! opposed to the 16 candle expected candelabra, themed colors were Black and Gold with "hints" of Red accent; Taylors Dream provided decor that was dominated by white Taylors Dream is a NIGHTMARE!Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund, in conjunction with an APOLOGY! This company ruined my niece's magical night! You only turn 16 once! She will never get the opportunity to "light her sixteen candles' again :-( This company is not a DREAM its a NIGHTMARE! how do you show up three (3) hours late to an event!?!? Unreal!
