Taylor's Spa & Pool

We recently moved into a house with a hot tub that had been serviced by Taylor's Spa and Pool The hot tub was not in working condition and the seller agreed to fix it through Taylor's We had the worst experience and are now looking for another company to help us After calling, leaving messages, and speaking to a person, we never had anyone come out to look at our hot tub I spoke with *** and he assured me he would come between 1-and call first This was the second no call, no show, and now we are working with our sellers to find another company that we can agree upon to fix our tub I do not understand how someone can promise to come and call first, and then not follow through, twice! Our hands were tied because we had a contract with the seller, but we are feeling lucky that they are willing to call another service company
