Taylor Transmissions

I took my vehicle to Taylor Transmission with complaints of it shifting hard between 2nd and 3rd gear Upon completing the work, I picked up my vehicle and the issue had not been fixed He assured me that the work would only take three days to complete, but it took him over two weeks, and the again the issue with the transmission had not been resolved he assured me that he guaranteed his work for a full year I returned the vehicle to him on three different occasions, and each time he assured me that he had it fixed and not once did he ever get it fixed I was forced to take my vehicle to another shop to have the issue fixed I had to take him to small claims court to recover my money
