Taylor Roofing and Restoration

Should be Zero Stars. Several months ago, Todd T of Taylor Roofing took our deposit of nearly $20,000 and said he would deliver materials and perform work on our roof. He didn't deliver any materials, nor did he do any work on our roof. He started feeding us with "tomorrow's" and kept delaying the job for one reason or another. We asked for our deposit back and he committed to returning our deposit. On numerous dates, he has indicated he would pay us ("tomorrow" or "by Friday"...) He has even agreed to meet us at the bank to refund our deposit but he has never shown up. It has been over 6 months and he still has not returned our deposit. All he has given us is empty promises. He did not do any work and to date he has not returned our deposit of ~ $20,000.

Todd and his crew arrived on time and did a good job. They spent a lot of time cleaning up the work site once the job was complete (multiple hours picking up all the old nails). I'd definitely use him again, although i'm really hoping that is never needed.

They helped us through the insurance process. The roof looks really good now. They did a wonderful job on the cleanup. I am glad we called Taylor Roofing.

He wouldn't refund our huge down payment for the potential roof installation job at our home. He kept pushing the refund date, but never delivered.
We hired Taylor Roofing in July, 2019 to install our new roof. He asked for 60% deposit upfront, and we gave it to him. After that, he avoid our calls, emails and text. When we got a hold of him, he made excuses or pushed back the installation date. Then in Sept, 2019, we had enough and asked for our refund back in the amount of $14,751. We gave him 1 week to refund us in full. He responded with a reluctant yes. At the-end of that week, he called and said that he was robbed & didn't have the money to give to us. He then asked if we can give him another week. So, we did.
By the-end of that week, we called him to confirm the meeting, and he proceeded to inform us that he was in rehab and his son from *** will finish his other roofing jobs. Once they finished the other jobs then he will have the funds to refund us, but he will need another 2 weeks. Today (10/03/2019/, I waited at the bank where he supposed to meet me, but he never showed up. He called my husband and said he will have the money tomorrow (10/04/2019). We are so tired of his excuses after excuses. So, we are seeking legal actions on his company.
Please help us to get our money back. We are desperate your help Revdex.com. Don't let Todd T hurt another family like he has hurt us.

Absolute crooks! I was charged $175 to replace two shingles that did not even require a ladder. Work was being done on the house next door and the work had been arranged as a "favor". After replacing the shingles in 15 minutes, he told me that the cost was $225. I was stunned. He quickly reduced the price to $175. This is robbery.
