Caitlyn was hesitant to start with a new vocal coach after Vikki left. This was our second lesson with Nance and she is great.

I had an incredible experience with them. They respond to emails extremely fast and spend as much time as they need to in order to show you everything they have to offer. I was impressed with the customer service right off the bat, then my instructor him self was incredible. He called me right when I booked the lesson and spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me figuring out my experience, the style of music I was trying to learn, and what would be beneficial to practice coming into the first lesson. Just in the first I spent with him, he taught me more than I was able to teach myself in a year. I'm extremely excited to continue lessons here.

The voice instructor (Kay [redacted]) that my daughter finally ended up with was amazing! However, the initial instructor that I booked with on the site never emailed me, has a non existent studio, and when I finally hunted her down on Google and got ahold of her she said she hadn't worked with [redacted] in months. The staff at Taylor [redacted] do a great job with contacting you to follow up and ensure that everything went well. Overall, it was a little chaotic getting that initial lesson but was worth the trouble.

My instructor was on time and greeted me by name. She had just the right skills to help me with my audition music and was very easy to work with. Looking forward to more lessons

I really enjoyed my first lesson with Gerardo. He was very polite and patient. He showed me the first 7 major and minor chords. He also showed me a number of ways to play the chords. He wrote everything down for me so, I can practice at home. I am taking lessons to learn how to play keyboard by ear and learn all chords. Gerardo is very detailed and I feel like my first lesson was very productive. I am looking forward to my next lesson with Gerardo.
