Review: Taylor Propane knew before setting up our account that we believed the full tank of propane was included with the property. Once the account was set up, they billed us for a full tank of above market value propane and we immediately cancelled the account due to unscrupulous business practices by Taylor Propane of [redacted]. We paid for the propane used but upon cancelling the account, Taylor decided to charge us an additional $91.91 to cancel the account. We feel that is extremely underhanded business and don't feel responsible for cancelling an account we had for a day.Desired Settlement: zero balance and account closed.
