Came to fix garage door, not opening/closing properly, said he needed $200 for parts, which I paid. Door was worse than when he started, after he worked on it. He stated he could not fix it and to call *** They came our and fixed the door and fixed what he made worse. Had to pay Reynor for his mistake. I should not have paid twice.
Other (requires explanation) I think it would be fair to get half of my money back- $100.00
Mrs. Contacted Taylor Made Construction because she could not open her garage door. Mrs. was advised prior to Taylor Made Construction Corp. commencing any work that we would only be able to open her garage door and that she would have to call *** for a complete repair. Taylor Made Construction Corp does not repair garage doors. This was done as a curtesy only. However, in good faith, Taylor Made Construction Corp. will return $100.00 to Mrs..
Dear Sir,
I received your letter today. *** hired some men from Taylor made to do work around the condo and man came to my house and said I heard you had trouble with your garage door, I can fix it for $200.00 including the part. He worked on the door for about twenty minutes, it was worse than before. He said I cannot fix it you will have to get someone else. He paid $65 for the part. He asked me for $200.00 I said you did not fix the door. He said he would not give me back any money.
I think $100.00 would be fair, I had to call *** another $200.00.
I never received the $100 promised by the company.
We will be sending the check

Contractor's employee cracked new glass backsplash in kitchen when installing, soiled rug with equipment. Grout cracking on new slate flooring.
In April 2016 I hired Taylor Made Construction for custom remodeling of kitchen, installing slate flooring in front foyer as well as painting throughout my condo.
While installing new glass tile backsplash in kitchen his employee cracked glass tile, contractor was notified of and the damage. I was promised a repair.
While working on new slate flooring his worker placed dirty tools, dirty tile boxes and materials on the rug without placing a protective drop-cloth resulting in heavy soiling of the rug.
Shortly after the tiling of my front foyer I noticed the grout cracking and separating from the wall.
The contractor guaranteed his work and was paid in full.
Upon finishing the work the contractor was aware of the damaged glass kitchen tile and newly soiled carpet. Shortly thereafter he was notified of the grout cracking and separating in the foyer.
I have made numerous attempts to contact him via phone calls, texts, emails with attached photos of the damage with no response, or resolve.
I am seeking repairs, or compensation.
Photos are available at Revdex.com's request please provide me an email to forward.
to have the damages listed above repaired. Office carpet professionally cleaned

When Taylor Made completed this job, there was no crack in the tile back splash. It is my opinion that the homeowner attempted to remove the screw and thereby cracking the tile.
As for the grout, the homeowner was advised to do an additional treatment of grout sealer within the year. If the homeowner can provide a receipt that she did this, then I will honor my warranty and repair.
I do not understand her statement of the equipment we used, soiled her rug. There were no large pieces of equipment used that would have caused damage to her rug. But in good faith I will pay $200.00 to have her rug cleaned.
As stated to the customer we do not feel we are at fault for these issues. In addition, the first email I received from the homeowner was August 1, 2017, 16 months after the job had been completed.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As for the cracked tile on backsplash contractor did see and took a picture of it himself on his cell phone then stated it "would be easy to fix". His worker put that screw in, contractor stated "he should of left a space for the screw"
As for the grout in hallway, I was to seal it once a year. At the time of reporting the cracked grout to the contractor it had not been a full year since installing, and I reported this to him as soon as I noticed it. He will not receive any receipt as I would have done it myself. I did not want to seal it until the cracked grout was fixed.
As for the dirty carpet, once again, the contractor saw this and his response was "you can clean it yourself"
I still require this contractor to either fix the above problems or recompensate me so I can have these problems fixed.
If not, I will disclose how much damage his worker did while doing the required work, even though these damages were fixed but not all.
The homeowner is not being truthful. As I indicted in my initial response the first notification I received was August 2017, approximately 16 months after the work had been completed. I do not wish to go back and forth. My offer of $200 to clean her rug stands. This will be my final response.
