Client purchased 2012 Malibu that was sold to him as traded, that he was going to use as a taxi. Customer signed the bill of sale which clearly stated that the vehicle was "as traded' with no warranty. After a few days, client was not able to...

get the proper papers to use as a taxi because of a bad head light so we provided him with one. This client has been very rude to a few different staff members here and is no longer welcome at our business
