I was so nervous about paying for a puppy that I had only seen in pictures but could only find positive reviews about her and her business online so I decided to go for itNo regrets! I flew there to pick up my new puppy and he was exactly as described and is still so happy and healthyI will be returning to BFF/Prayer Paw Puppies when my little guy is a littler older to get him a friendI couldn't have asked for a better breeder or puppy!!

on 6/24/15 called and emailed to cancel order - misleading ordering - ordered 2 bottles of caralluma got billed for 5 bottles @ $198.00. Spoket to Brenda agend [redacted] Andrew Agent [redacted] and Peter Agent [redacted] to cancel the order within 3 days which is the law. "Oh we cannot cancel the order has been placed and the shipment is being processed" When the shipment came on 7/31/15 I returned it unopened with the return # of RMAXXXXXXX-XXXXXX and had to call on 8/10/15 to verify that it had been received by Nutra Support - however the only wanted to return $118.00. After a screaming fit and demanding to talk to a manager I have yet to see the credit of $168.25 to my account. I am also emailing the Postmaster General of Las Vegas regarding these scammer.

I returned this product in tact and in full. I have contacted these people over 17 times since December 14th, 2014 to present day asking for my refund. I get several different customer service representatives along with their supervisors, all stating the same thing. CALL BACK WITHIN 5-7 DAYS. I will send this off to upper management to expidite your refund. RIGHT.... I never got my $164.65!!! It's a scam. I'll never see this money. What's even funnier is that when the customer service rep answers the phone, they state their name, and say excellence in customer service, when all they do is keep repeating themselves. What a joke.
