Taylor Automotive called and attempted to essentially "bribe" me with discounts and a full refund for services IF I could maintain their 5 star rating. You swindled the $200 oil change from a stubborn woman who would rather let the community know how you work than get my $ back! Oh, and they scrubbed my review from their website!

I own two Priuses and have had to get hybrid battery service on each. Both times I used Taylor Automotive and had superlative service. They continually amaze me with their integrity and commitment to customer service and satisfaction. In my experience, their service is far superior to that of a dealer, they're a lot less expensive and they require a few hours where dealers want days.
