After leaving several voicemails in August and September 2017 that we had two leaks in my patio cover and two large leaks in the gutters installed it took a firm email to finally receive a call back. But unfortunately the promise made to come out to fix was not kept. I have called and been promised three other times from October through December that they would come. But they haven't yet kept a single appointment/promise! The leak from the gutter is so bad when it rains hard that the water runs down the door and into my house.
