Taxpayer Advocate Service

I called today to inquire about my tax return as I have yet to receive it and haven't been able to get any information this far about the status of my refund besides that it's processing(for almost two months)I called the taxpayer advocate line and the lady that answered was very rude when she answered the phoneShe she sounded as if she didn't want to be taking calls today and quickly ran her employee ID number which I wish I would have gottenI proceeded to tell her my issue and she mumbled something about transferring me to the IRS and switched me over before I could say anything elseNo "please hold maaam while I transfer you" justcrudely and quickly "mumbled that she was transferring meI barely understood herThe call was today at 8:AM EST
