The stylist had a long consultation with the client that the other employees heard, and even saw the picture of what she was asking for.The client showed her a picture, and the stylist even let the client pick her own color swatch. Her hair...

turned out exactly like the picture shown, and color swatch picked, by the client. After she was dried the client then told the stylist it looked nothing like the picture of what she wanted. She then showed the stylist another picture, completely different from the original one she wanted. The stylist then offered to change the color of red on the client to make her happy. The client told the stylist it was fine, it was her first time at the salon and she (the stylist) was just getting used to her hair. The stylist then took $20 off her bill. The salon would have never made a client pay for a service they were not happy with. We always try to fix it or refund. The Client even tipped the stylist $20. on a $90 bill. So let me ask you, if we "forced" her to pay her bill, then why would she tip the stylist, and why would she tip her over 20%.

because I did not pick the color of the swatch,, she did because I told her.. "I trust you, your the pro.." The colors she showed me really didnt mean alot because I wasnt familiar with [redacted] colors and how they worked or tuened out..she would have known that..Hello?? I know she offered to try and fix the color right then and there however I had people to see and places to go that day and another day and time wasnt offered making me feel it was then or nothing.. I feel that the cutomer is always right and this is whre integrity comes in.. they know I am not happy or this complaint would not have been made so why dont they just cut there losses, step up to the plate and send me a refund check?? Seriously??

I almost have to laugh.. why would I ever come back to have my hair screwed up again when the fist time you didnt get it right..?? da! I already went elsewhere.. liked my results and just want my money refunded.. simple solution... Why is it so hard for you people to refund the money??? I have answered that question on this form what would I like done to resolve the matter.. I have said.. over and over again.. refund the money.. ok???
