I received a letter from the IRS and when I asked the owner about it she never responded. Turns out they never sent in my taxes to the state. Thankfully an agent had me mail them my copy, but had it been anything else I still wouldn't have gotten assistance.

As the owner you never spoke to me about a state issue. If you are emailing our office, you do speak to the front office staff and not myself. I will talk to them about this issue.
