Technically it has not been resolvedOt seems they only want to accept a refund if I go to their store location in
CLE airportMind you, it is inside the terminal, so I would not only have to be at the airport bit flying through CLEIm from NE Ohio but currently reside in Austin,TX so that's not going to work
Regardless, I am tired of dealing with themIt's rather obvious they are not willing to be helpful with regards to this issuePlease mark it as resolved as I don't have the time, nor is it financially feasible for me to fly through CLE just to get a refund
