Lack of communication, Unprofessional Memphis Recently filed taxes with this facility and haven't heard any response regarding my taxes since the IRS has released them

I filed my taxes in february and they are now under review and I cannot get in touch with anyone to try and get this situation resolved I left a message on their official website no response? snd for some reason MsHarden will not give me a straight answer like she said she was going to amend it which she never did? so it is now may and I still donot have a clue as to when and if I will get my money? and she told me that she was goin to get in touch with someone at their corporate office and I still have yet received a response?

Unprofessional, inexperienced, and delayed are the first adjectives that come to mind

My experience at Tax shield on Winchester Rd in Memphis Tn has been positive.My taxpreparer Monique(Mo) has been very helpful polite and professional.She works her butt off there.I used to do my own taxes but this is my 2nd year with her and as long as shes there it will be many more.I also have referred a couple of people to her.Thx Mo for a pleasant experience and getting my taxes accurately and in a timely manner

I can't get anyone on the phone to tell me what's going on with my taxs I still have not got my money
