I had a problem yrs ago with another tax serviceI went into the Ann stlocation to ask a question and after they looked over my tax return they found a lot that was wrongThe manager of Tax Pro on Ann St offered to do my amendment and didn't charge me a dimeShe said she has had a few clients that had some similar problemsShe felt bad for me and knew I had been cheatedI have been using their services every since thenThe IRS decided to audit me last year and Tax Pro helped me get my info to the IRS and was always availableThey are very friendly, professional, and reliableI like them bc they are not a here today gone tom or establishment
