They charged me way more than our agreement. I found out the my taxes where never filed, I told them don't put my taxes through, they did so anyway.
I went to tax pro America on January 6th. I had two w-2s. Come to find out they only put one of them through. Which I found out on my social security account on their website. It showed my AGI for this year. Which it wasn't the $6,582.12 was my gross income from my job earlier this year alone. Now I have to go through the amend process. I contacted the Amy Arellano via text message on February 5th 2018 and asked her if my taxes where filed because I never received an email and when I go on the irs website it says there is no history of my taxes being filed. She says that they have been filed by her manager. O January 12th she told me to download an app called tax pass *** and I can see my status. On February 5th I went on the status and it said I had no taxes filed. Practically a month after filing. I then told her that she didn't file my taxes and to just forget about it, I will do it on turbo tax. I told her how I was not satisfied with their buisness. She never texted me back. So I went and finished my taxes on turbo tax and put it through. They where rejected twice. I then go back on the app and it says that my return status was acknowledged on 2/5/2018. It says that my refund amount is $777.15. When I was in T.P.A. Amy Arellano, the woman I filed with, told me that my full return amount was $1,097. After their processing fees of $150.00, that she had to get manager approval on came down to $947.00. I have this all in text message as well.
