Paid for services and never received them or was given any answer regarding the service that I paid for.
Feb 6th 2018, I paid a $300 retainer to have my taxes prepared and filed. After a month went by I began to worry and started calling. I have only spoken to two people since the date I paid for the service and both of them stated that an extension will be filed and it will not be done in time. no extension was ever filed and I am not able to get anyone on the phone or an email returned. the office appears locked up and unoccupied during business hours so I am unable to talk to anyone there. This is the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. I know of at least 20 people who are having the same issue and I have encouraged them to file a complaint as well.
