Review: A lunch order was placed on Wednesday, October 30 for eleven people. It consisted of Samosa, Artichoke Pakoda, cauliflower Manchurian, nan, baingan bharta, karari bhindi, paneer tikka masala, diwani handi, signature lamb dampak, methi murg, cucumber raita, jamun. While the person was taking the order he kept saying that so many containers would feed a certain number of people. I mentioned to the gentleman that when orders were previously placed with Tawa the food was always delivered in aluminum pans. I was not too sure whether the gentleman understood me so I reached out to an Indian employee who spoke to the gentleman. The Cytec employee requested trays also.On Thursday, October 31 the order was delivered for the number of people indicated. When I saw the receipt I was in total shock--$805.07! The driver relayed my message to you, Kosha, upon his return. Your prompt attention is appreciated.The offer of a gift card and free lunch for Cytec is very thoughtful; but, unfortunately I cannot accept either.During the past month lunches have been ordered from various local restaurants daily, some speciality restaurants, and none have charged such an exorbitant price for lunch. Of the lunches ordered for the month for groups between 30-38 people the average prices paid was $320.00.As requested by Kosha the above email message was sent to his email address. He has not responded to the message via email, numerous telephone calls to the restaurant or to his mobile number.Desired Settlement: The amount charged to the credit card adjusted to a fair amount as Kosha said that he would agree.
