I sent a damaged Taurus Raging Bull revolver in for repair Sept.2015. I was told it could not be fixed and they would replace it. It is now Sept 2016 and I still do not have my replacement gun. I placed dozens of call to customer service and continue to be told it's coming.

Worthless customer service, been told lies and caught them telling lies. Sent a gun I for lifetime warranty repair and haven't seen the gun since I purchased it. It broke with in 3 hrs of owning it and not even a shell put through it. The mag release button came out of the frame and the can't/ won't fix it. Should have just fixed it myself but I figured a brand new gun I shouldn't have to fix it myself. Hope they go out of business.
