I purchased a house in which Tate Ornamental installed the granite counter top. The brackets holding the sink in broke away from the counter top. I did not have any of the historic paperwork that most businesses would require; I only had a note card from the previous owner with the number for Tate Ornamental. They replied to my email within hours over the weekend, and sent a representative on a Monday. They fixed the sink at no charge and ensured that the plumbing under the sink was reinstalled properly. Tate Ornamental truly stands behind their product and their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend them and would do business with them again.
