I am writing to respond to the complaint issued by *** *** *** on this date. *** *** did, in fact, hire our company for the work referenced on or around the date indicated. We first learned of the issue he was having with his fence just a few days ago. I took the message,
gathered all of the information I have on the work that we did and told him I would refer to my boss for working towards a resolution*** *** was fine with that. My boss, Aaron P***, has called him twice on his cell phone provided at #*** and both times there was no answer so he left a voicemail. We have been completely responsive to *** *** and have responded to him in a timely mannerWe will continue to work through whatever issues the customer has within the scope of our expertise as we do with any customer issues that arise Please let me know if you need anything further from me and I will gladly provide it to you. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Yes, however I never received a voicemail on my cell phone from the company and there is no number associated with American Choice on my cell phone. The gentleman did come to our house today to rectify the problem with the the gates and post. He said he will schedule us in a timely manner to make the repairs.
