We had Taste of Ink do some business card design for us and they really disappointed us with their lack of effort and attention to detail. I filled out the specs for the design with lots of detail and specific examples. What they came back with was not anywhere close to what we asked for. Even basics like "no white backgrounds" were ignored for several revisions. I doubt they even looked at the design spec sheet we sent. We ended up doing all the design in house, Taste of Ink was a complete waste of money.
