The customer ordered the food on 11/*/14 at 6:24 PM and the food was delivered on time as promised. The customer called about half an hour later after the food was delivered to her and complaint that the quantity was too little compared to the price. She asked for the credit. She was told to bring...
the food back and get her credit. She was even offered that we can send her the delivery person to pick up the food, but she declined. She called several times to get the name of the [redacted]. As per privacy policy, no staff member is allowed to give any info. about [redacted]s over the phone. The name of the person who took her order is already printed on the receipt.The disputed amount of $54.00 is incorrect. The bill was in the amount of $45.07, the customer filled in $3.00 as tip, the total charge was $48.07, attached is the copy of signed receipt by customer and the copy of itemized bill.Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are running this business for last 24 years. We have never over-charged our customers. We always give full credit without any problems. If she can bring us the proof that we charged her $54.00 instead of $48.07, we are willing to give her full credit.

I have order from Taste of India II on 11/*/2014 on 6:24pm I received my food at 8:00 which was promised to me 45min to an hour. I order 1 chicken tiki Marsala and 1 chicken tandoori 2 carrot Halwa and 1 kukfi; I received only 1 Halwa, 1 tiki masala and 1 chicken tandoori was in a small container just mainly sauce and chicken tandoori was only 3 tiny pieces of chicken. I have order from this place before and I always order the same thing and never got this way. I don't know what happen tonight I called [redacted] and told him my concerns and he said he stuffed the Halwa in one container and tiki masala its the same thing just stuffed in all in a small container and apologized for the small chicken with a type of sarcasm. Plus my order with tax was 45.07 where they charge my card $54.00 I have my receipt. [redacted] didn't want to give me his name or [redacted] name I believed he was the [redacted] I ask for my money back and he refused and I also try to compromise to give me extra chicken and the missing Halwa, he said no! he said; if your not happy with us don't call us. I told him that I want my money I only got half of my food and its fraud for charging more money on my card. and he kept saying if you don't like it not to call us anymore and he hung up on me
