Taste Niravana International

I purchased Taste Nirvana coconut water several times.
In my last purchase, in July 2019, I spent over $32 in their products (two cases of coconut water with pulp).
The product I received is different than advertised. At Amazon it (still) shows pure coconut water, with ingredients: Natural Coconut Water, Coconut Pulp.
This is wrong!
The product has changed to include coconut essence, fruit sugar added (!) and vitamin C.
I don't buy products with anything other than pure water (and coconut bits if the case).
Amazon is denying a refund, they said I need to contact Taste Nirvana.
I tried already THREE TIMES to contact Taste Nirvana: via form in their website, waited a week, then sent an email to [email protected], waiter weeks, then again another email.
Taste Nirvana is simply ignoring my emails.

I'm extremely disappointed with this business, and I will not purchase their products anymore. I left a one star review at Amazon. I still need this situation resolved, I need them to take it back and refund me.

If necessary, I will send this to Department of Consumer Affairs for fraud. Amazon and Taste Nirvana are responsible because I notified both of them more than a month ago and NOTHING has been done.
I don't understand how these people still get business, customers are unfortunately not paying attention to what is going on.

Irresponsible!
