I had medical services provided by *** in Nov 2019. I paid multiple payments through ***. My insurance has since paid their part and they advised me that *** owes me over $700. I have been calling since Jan 2020 to clear up this matter. I have been receiving late bills from ***. I have spoken to 3 different office managers. The last one advised me I was missing several payments, one over $1,000. I have requested multiple times a call back. 3 weeks ago the front desk lady named Kaitlyn said she could see a credit of over $700 sitting on my account. She said she was aware I have called weekly, she was sorry the office manager would not call me back and she would talk to *** about the issue. Still nothing but late bills recieved. I want my over payment back in the form of a check to me in my name. I expect better office service from a "world renound essure doctor". Each week its excuse after excuse. Next it will hit my credit and what then? We are 8 months in and never have they called me back to fix the billing error. I've also been told I am one of many with same issue.
