I had custom windows installed. Because I wanted to match my other windows, they had to be made and it took a while. They reduced my bill by $300 to compensate me for my wait which I was grateful. The installation was good. One man had to come back several days later to do a few touch ups. He asked us if we were happy with everything and we were.
