TargetMarket will not respond to emails and disconnected their phone. They will not provide the services I pay for. I need HELP!!!
TargetMarket will not respond to emails and apparently disconnected their phone. They will not provide the services I pay for. After multiple attempts to contact TargetMarket, I have been unable to get a response to my plead for help. TargetMarket hosts my website and I need help with the quality and service of their hosting. I have tried for four months to contact them but with no response. How can a professional business not operate without a phone?
I need help with my account. I would like to simply talk with someone not through email but on the phone to get to the bottom of my issues. My phone is XXX-XXX-XXXX
TargetMarket will not respond to emails and disconnected their phone. They will not provide the services we pay for.
After multiple attempts to contact TargetMarket, we have been unable to get a response to our requests for product updates we pay for. TargetMarket hosts our website and we are unable to make changes or gain access to our domain name information. Both employee *** and Director of Business Development *** stopped communicating via email. TargetMarket's phone has been disconnected. There is no response from their general "contact us" webpage. We need to be able to take ownership of our website in order to serve our customers. Our company branding also relies on our website and domain name.
We would like TargetMarket to reply to our contact attempts and provide the necessary information we are requesting.
We found the client's request in spam and communicated with them, resolving the issue. Thank you.
Billing for a prepaid account.
We have been trying to notify this company more than numerous times via phone and website concerning our account that is prepaid from October 2017 to September 30, 2018. My American Express was bill for July 2018 through September 2018. We want this removed immediately. This is poor business practice not returning calls and over charging customers accounts.
Credit of $89.85 for the 3rd quarter of 2018. We should not start billing until the 4th quarter.
We are sorry for the delay in response to the customer. We have addressed this in accounting, and a refund has been issued today.
After multiple attempts to call, email and mail letters to TargetMarket, we feel the need to report our experience with this company. Communication has been a recurring issue during our time using this company but after we chose to move on to another website agency, billing became an even bigger issue.
In June of 2017 we were overcharged for the website hosting of two sites that are no longer in use. This totaled $120 in charges that we should not owe. STEALTH was then charged $180 in October of 2017 to a credit card that they had on file. Since we had discontinued their services in July of 2017, we should not owe Target Market a balance of any kind and are concerned that the charges will continue if we shut down the credit card that they have the information for. We've made multiple attempts, as I mentioned, to contact the company to have this resolved and have hear nothing in return.
Please be cautious if using this company. They are talented web developers, but their communication is lacking tremendously.
Billing Adjustment We would just like a refund of the charges that we do not owe. We would appreciate some communication from this company to at least let us know that they're receiving our letters, emails and voicemails.
The client has been contacted, and a credit issued on partial of what was explained by the client. The client had an outstanding balance on an unpaid invoice from May 2017 that funds were applied against. A credit of $140 was issued, no further billing will occur, and the account has been zeroed out. We consider this issue closed.
