Continually chased for an invoice which we struggled to obtain a copy of, contact name not recognised by our co., Target almost impossible to contact
We were initially called by Target and eventually a copy invoice was issued, we do not recognise the contact name provided and require further documentation to verify the order was placed by a *** associate but Target do not provide any contact details other than a telephone number and we have left several messages. We are now suspecting this is a scam.
We would like the business to provide by email a copy of the order placed with them for the service so we can verify the *** associate and arrange approval for payment
We are happy to withdraw this complaint as we have now been contacted by the business and the invoice issue has been resolved.
