I am rejecting this response because:The CFO's response does not explain nor address why it took three months to fullfill the obligations of my contract and why the job was never done properly in the FIRST PLACE.Argent only knew about the missing water heater bc I brought it it their attention. Their install manager tried to put a putty cap on the chimney chute when he knew very well that I needed a metal cap. Argent yet again has FAILED to explain why their employee performed such terrible work in my home, why I had to call several times and send many emails to get the job done properly. This dismissal only mirrors their poor workmanship and subpar customer service. No wonder they have received such awful reviews on Yelp. I am sure if the CFO were in my position, he too would find his email dismissive and offensive. His response is unsatisfactoryRegards,

We have corrected every [redacted] has requested.
 
-          We mistaking omitted the water heater permit. It was added to the permits as soon as discovered.
 
-          The old chimney flue...

openings were originally filled in with refactory cement which did not hold its form. We eventually covered the holes with metal caps for a more aesthetically please look. This took several trips for which we have apologized.
 
-          [redacted]s water heater “temperature/pressure valve” failed on the hot water heater (this was an existing unit) we had nothing to do with its failure but she implied it was our fault. We replaced the valve for a discounted charge of $100.00. The valve and drain where installed at an angle which was not pleasing to the eye. It was completely functional but should have been installed in more visually pleasing manner. We corrected the angle and [redacted] stopped payment on the check for her inconvenience.
 
 
We have apologized several times to [redacted]. All the equipment has been inspected by DCRA and everything is working as it should be. We look forwarding to working with [redacted] and hope she will continue to allow us to service her equipment. We will not be refunding the contract amount or removing the equipment.
