We are the property manager for the owner of the building where Mr*** had his officeThis should not be a complaint against Redkey CommercialWith that being said, Mr*** was several months past due on rentAt the owners
request we had numerous conversations with numerous promises to pay from Mr***Finally with no other choice the owner requested a Pay or Quit Notice be delivered to Mr*** by hand to his office suiteThis notice was notarizedOnce Mr*** failed to contact us and the ten day wait expired - the owner requested us to change his locks pursuant to Indiana Law and the LeaseOnce the locks were changed - Mr*** finally contacted usHe stated that he could not pay but needed his belongings - with the permission of the owner we attempted on numerous occasions to meet and Mr*** did not show upOne final request was made to meet at our office to get a promissory note signed and we would release his belongingsMr *** showed but he refused to sign and left abruptlyMr*** has failed to contact us again concerning his suite and or the balance he owesAt this time an attorney has been consulted and the the owner is well within the guidelines of the state of Indiana and the lease to hold all belongs and to sell to recoup monies owed
