Tarheel Well Drilling and Irrigation installed a complete irrigation system for us in December, 2012. This included a Rain Bird automatic rain shutoff device, which was installed on our shed. Tar Heel Well Drilling and Irrigation provided a "1 year warranty on all parts and labor." When we began using the irrigation system in March, 2013, the automatic rain shutoff device did not work. We contacted the owner of Tarheel Well Drilling and Irrigation throughout the spring and summer of 2013, about repairing the automatic rain shutoff device and other outstanding issues. They made a warranty service call in August, 2013, but did not have the proper equipment with them to test/repair the automatic rain shutoff device. They asked that we leave the shed unlocked so they could come back and do the repair at a later date, but they never came back.
