Review: I visited this establishment on Thursday, February 27. I placed my order through the drive up window. When I got home, I noticed that the order had been prepared incorrectly. Because my Spanish is not fluent, I had a person contact the business on my behalf. She explained that the order had been prepared incorrectly and that we were on our way back to pick up the correct order. During this conversation, it was never communicated by the business that we were to take back the incorrect order. When I arrived, the order was processed correctly. At this time, an older gentleman asked me where the incorrect order was? I shared it had not been communicated to bring it back. He shared that he would not release the correct order without the incorrect order. I shared with him that I WOULD NOT be accused of being dishonest. Especially since the individual who took the order apolozied to me for making the error, he shared that he apologized as he had confused himself. The gentleman than went on to say he didnt care what the younger gentleman said but that I needed to ensure that should this happen again, I must bring the incorrect order. I felt that he was accusing me of being dishonest which I took very personal. I later wondered why he did not offer to compensate me for my time and gas in having to return to pick up my order which was originally completed incorrectly.Desired Settlement: I would like a written apology for the accusation of my character. I was accussed of being dishonest which I have taken very personal.
