firms.  There was a call placed to Tapco Underwriters, Inc. on 10.13.17 by the insured, at which time she was provided with the contact information for her claim adjuster.  Additionally, Tapco Underwriters, Inc. directly contacted the claims adjuster to inform them that the insured was still waiting to be contacted.  As of today, 11.20.17, Tapco Underwriters, Inc. does not have anything further in our files concerning this matter.  We are hopeful this information is satisfactory to your office and the insured.
