Thank you for taking the time to contact Taos Crating to explain the issues that occurredWe regret any inconvenience ? you may have experienced, we assure you that we are anxious to resolve this matterAfter receiving documentation for the repair, a check was issued and mailed to the customer as per our phone conversation with the customer? I understand the customer was disappointed in the manner in which the package was packed and received- but due to the fragility of the piece it was determined that any packing materials surrounding the delicate piece may have damaged it beyond any repairAs a result of this,we determined it was best to secure the kachina doll? to the box.? We have packed/shipped? hundreds of ? items of this nature without incident.? Unfortunately, we can not control the manner in which each package is handled during transitWe appreciate the customers response and suggestions in packing and will take this into consideration with each item we pack and ship outUnfortunately we are unable to reimburse for shipping? expense as this is the responsibility of the customer regardless of how the piece arrivedWe as a company pride ourselves in the work we do and manner in which the customers receive each article, because of this we have reimbursed the customer for packingThank you Russell O [redacted] Taos Crating
