When I lived on Anderson island, I was getting power services thru themI left, last I understood their was agencies paying for my billThis company sent me a letter stating that they owed me money for being with them for the time I wasBut at the same time, they want to bill me for the final billI haven't had services with them since when I last lived on the IslandThe statute of limitations has ran out on this accountBut they still proceed to send my account to different agencies which in turn are harrassing me, to date I have not received the money they claimed they owed meBut I have written verification of such

What agreement, it was never signed. Produce the documents that I signed the membership. I haven't lived on Anderson island since 09, so its passed the SOL anyway.
