TANK GOODNESS

Review: I hired this business to inspect a residential property I had under contract to buy last June. We conducted the agreement over the phone. He required payment via check prior to inspecting the property. He agreed to inspect the property for a buried oil tank and then issue me a written report. He never issued the report. I called and left several messages, and then wrote him a letter on September **, 2013 requesting the report. He then called me but got confused on the phone about who he was talking to, then said he father had been the in the hospital. He said he would send the report. He never did. I tried emailing him via an email on his site. The email bounced back. I would like the report or my $450.00 back.Desired Settlement: Send me the inspection report on his company letterhead. Or, refund my money.
