Tandette Marketing and Design Agency

I hired Tandette to design a website, re-design my ***, and create a logo and I paid them $510. I was told that it would take 30 to 45 days to complete the project. I hired them on July 10th, on Sept 10th they were supposed to give me the website. Tandette did not contact me, when I reached out I was informed that they were not in the office that day. On Nov 2nd we were scheduled to have a meeting and they were going to give me my website. Again they missed that meeting. At that point I asked for a refund. I have still not received the refund.

I hired this company May 2019 to build a website for my business, Penni B and Ben S are the owners and the people I dealt with. I paid $517.00 for the website and domain name they told me the website would be done in 30 days I have emails and text messages verifying that, throughout the months Penni B would make (phone) appointments with me and cancel or not even call me! I inquired several times asking when my website would be done, I constantly got the run around and excuse after excuse finally in August Penni once again canceled an appointment, so I told Ben and Penni I was beyond dissatisfied, at that time they told me my website is their priority and would be complete ASAP November 5th, 2019 I fired them and told them I want a full refund, Penni B emailed me back and said her CPA would mail my check for $517.00 on the 15th of November it is December 2, 2019 and still no refund.
