Tanager Meadows Apartments

Maintenance is absolutely horrible. The time it tames to respond to a serious problem is 2-3 days if you are lucky. I have called about my bed room flooding when it rains 3 times and still have not had anything done about it. The overall condition of these bulidings is sub par. The violence in this neighborhood is also a big issue with shootings and robbery. Neighbors are inconsiderate and children run wild yelling at early morning hours. I have addressed this to the manager multiple times as well but nothing is ever done about it.
