Last year we moved from San Diego to Colorado Springs while I was still active dutyAfter being honorably discharged and not being able to find any work in the Springs, we moved up north towards the Denver areaI went into this location and requested to cancel my membershipI was told that the ONLY reason anyone can cancel is due to military pcs ordersI submitted my orders, clearly stating that I was honorably separated and showed my hometown, and now Tan Your Hide is trying to charge me $For your reference, regardless of what type of orders, when they're separation orders, they're still considered PCS ordersTherefore the statement in the contract that states "PCS orders onlyDeployment or discharge will not constitute a cancellation", is a contradiction

After being honorably discharged and not being able to find any work in the Springs, we moved up north towards the Denver area. I went into this location and requested to cancel my membership. I was told that the ONLY reason anyone can cancel is due to military pcs orders. I submitted my orders, clearly stating that I was honorably separated and showed my hometown, and now Tan Your Hide is trying to charge me $295.19. For your reference, regardless of what type of orders, when they're separation orders, they're still considered PCS orders. Therefore the statement in the contract that states "PCS orders only. Deployment or discharge will not constitute a cancellation", is a contradiction.
