I have attempted to call this establishment but they do not have a working phone lineI went in and spoke with employees about my desire to cancel my membership and was told I had to emailI emailed and there has been no confirmationI went back in and asked for confirmationThey said they got the email but the package has not yet been canceledThey said I would receive email confirmationI emailed two more times requesting confirmation and have not heard backAlso I attempted to discuss with the employee that the monthly amount they took out of my account is much higher than I was quotedThey did not want to discuss thisI just want someone in management to contact me so I can have confirmation of cancellation
