I don't really think it's fair to talk negatively about any business when there was no attempt to talk to a manager or the ownerThe employee that [redacted] dealt with was very new and unsure of thingsTans do expire a year after purchase, but as far as the gift card for the hot tub that must not have been scanned right because there's no way it that it wouldn't still be goodThe $packet I was told that they never asked for a refund, but if it is brought to me I will gladly refund it and take care of this whole messI apologize, for the confusion, but also wish [redacted] would've asked to talk to me the owner
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We had Tan Alaska's employee personally call the owner in regards to the dispute of purchaseIn fact the employee called the owner times that evening and the owner denied the hot tub gift certificate, the owner denied the tans; even though, Tan Alaska's computer said, " I had remaining tans left." I am the owner and I did not know about this until I saw your Revdex.com review and I had to contact my employeeI offered to try and make things right if you would come in and your refusing that??? If I am personally given the gift card so that it can't be used later I would refund you for it and I offered to refund you for the lotion packet if it was returnedI think I'm being more than fair and rather than arguing back and forth about this I don't know what else it is that you want from me
