If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner of this company is extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered personalized mini bottles of apple cider to be used as wedding favors for my wedding. When I received the package, everything inside the box was wet and sticky. Some of the bottles were not filled to the top and one of the bottles was completely empty! I called them right away to resolve the issue and see if I would be able to receive a replacement as my wedding was less than 2 weeks away. To make a long story short, the owner was completely useless. All he cared about was the fact that they are a "small family owned business" and the money it would cost to replace my order "wasn't worth it". During our phone call, he kept raising his voice and cutting me off. He ended up hanging up the phone on me and ignored all future calls. Not only did I not receive a replacement for the damaged bottles that I had ALREADY PAID FOR, but I did not even receive a refund. Stay as far away from this company as possible!

I used them for my wedding fast service and my personalized mini-champagne bottles looked better then there pictures online. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Review: I contacted Tamazzu Vineyards to possibly submit an order for wedding favors. Once contacted I spoke to someone by the name of paul who informed me once my invoice was sent out that they did not accept [redacted]. I was told that a [redacted] invoice would be sent out for this order. While I waited to recieve the invoice I made the decision to order from a differnt Vendor. Once I informed Paul the following day that I would not be ordering from them I was asked why did I request an invoice if I wasnt going to order. The response was VERY unprofesional and I made it clear that I did not owe them an explanation and I would not be ordering from their business. I asked that the email communication stop to which I recieved 3 additional invoices after submitting my request! this company is very unprofessional and I would not suggest anyone order from them just by the way in which they handle possible consumers.Desired Settlement: I would like this comment to be posted on the Revdex.com website and no future contact from this businness.
