Tamraz's Parts DIscount Warehouse

I ordered door panels for my 65 GTO sept 24 2021, I have been calling them almost weekly to find out where they are. at first they said that they were on back order and stalled me for 9 months! then they said that they shipped but could not give me a tracking number, then they quit answering the phone. I called their supplier directly and "PUI" told me that Tamraz's never ordered them and they had several people calling them. I contacted the fraud dept at my bank and they are investigating also the BBB and the Illinois state attorney general, also had them kicked off of EBay. their website is still actively taking orders that they have no intention of filling. I have been calling Mike Tamraz's personal cell number and started a facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/763300474900931

Ordered a set of 396 emblems for a 65 Corvette I was working on. The final touch before returning the car. Parts ordered from their ebay store on 12/16/2020. No parts every arrived even though Tamraz stated that they were going to arrive shortly. On first week of January 2021 I still did not have the emblems, so I advised Tamraz I was canceling and ordered from Volunteer Corvette parts. I had them in three days. Tamraz continues to deny me a refund and just today sent me an ebay message asking me to drop my dispute ( paypal) as the parts were arriving shortly. What a scam. I want my money refunded and will never recommend these people ever. It has now been over one month. Ridiculous service and communication.

I contacted Tamraz through their eBay store inquiring about a dash pad for my 1995 Impala SS. I saw that they offered a dash pad for the 1991-1993 Caprice Classic. I told them that I knew it was a long shot, but asked if they made one for my car. Most parts suppliers, car dealerships, aftermarket parts stores or any other business that sells car parts would simply check their catalog and give you an answer. DA at Tamraz messaged me back “if you would have done a quick Google search, you would have found the dashboards are different.” No kidding? I didn’t need to know how similar or dissimilar any part on a 1991-1996 Caprice Classic was. I needed them to simply use their finger to open the parts catalog and tell me if THEY carried a specific part. I replied to the message and told DA that basically telling a potential customer to “Google it” was rather smart as* behavior. He replied “move on”. Then I received harassing messages from some Julia and I don’t recall the last guy’s name. He told ME “you are a real piece of work” and I’d been blocked from making any purchases from the Tamraz eBay store. How does one “fire” a customer that has no interest in buying from you? Tamraz employs Condescending employees at all levels it appears.

I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say that this company is top notch to deal with. I purchased a gas tank for a restoration project a year and a half ago, and discovered a leak in the tank when I filled the car recently. I called Tamraz with the problem, and they contacted the manufacturer and shipped me out a new tank free of charge. This is a very professionally run business that provides excellent customer service after the sale. I highly recommend this company to do business with. Very impressed at the service !
