Complaint Information:


[redacted] was a customer that came to our nail salon and received a pedicure service. One of our employees who serviced her accidentally cut her on the side of her toe, leading to some bleeding, which was immediately sterilizes and taken cared of. The service was worth $15, however, [redacted] was not charged for it. A few days after the incident, I was informed about the complaint and spoke to [redacted] over the phone, offering to pay for all her medical expenses, but [redacted] said that she couldn't find the receipt and later informed us that her insurance has taken cared of it. She then wanted us to hand over the case to our insurance company and we did. The insurance company was fully informed about the situation and said that they will be taking care of the case. We haven't heard anything since then. And when I talked to [redacted] about a week ago, she had told me that the insurance company had contacted her and she had talk to them, also telling me that she wanted to come over for a pedicure but haven't gotten the chance to do so.
