Tameron Body shop kept my car for 17days & still half did the repairs. They were not comcerned that the repairs were not completed to my satisfaction.
Invoice#XXXXXX
I took my car to Tameron Body Shop 7/23 for repairs in which I had gotten an estimate for the date before (Met Life Insurance). Tameron kept my car for 17 days and when I picked my car up before closing, the work was not complete. Not only did they not call me to let me know I car had been ready since 8/7/19 (*** stated they may have left a voicemail or caled the wrong number because I don't have voicemail. So I called them 8/9 and found out my car was supposedly ready. Returned the rental to enterprise and while checking my car to see if it was to my satisaction, I discovered my drivers side door won't unlock without the physical key, the inside of the door panel was left loose with a gap, the bumper was not put back tight as it originally was when I dropped it off, and something was sat on my trunk which left 2 skid marks. The Body Shop employees in the office were unconcerned and*** offered me a free oil change as well as for me to come back and they make the repairs while I wait. This is unacceptable considering they had my car for 17days and these aren't "fix while you wait" type of repairs. So I'm supposed to be without a car while they fix what they didn't fix in 17 days..That's ridiculous. *** had no problem inviting my to bring my car back even when I said it didn't fit in my schedule as if it was no big deal. They said no one was available that day to fix what should have been fixed the 17days they had my car. They also said they would come to my place of employment and fix my car. How unprofessional is that! I have 4 issues with my car that weren't there before. I want 1 person to repair these issues without adjusting everything e lo se (radio, etc) in the inside of my car and a rental from the dealership. While they wasted time to wash and vacuum my car out they coukd have been fixing the additional things they broke, don't do that...repair what I brought my car in for instead of causing my issues.
I would like the repairs completely in a timely manner and a rental from the dealership. The repsirs need to be completed to entirety. I am unable to leave my car another 17days without a rental because Tameron didn't get it right the first time.
We have called the customer 2 times with no success. If she could call us back we can help out.

The only person who has contacted me from Tameron Honda is *** (Customer Relations Manager
Cell - (XXX) XXX-XXXX) last week and he informed me that he wouldn't be the right person to speak with regarding the Body Shop issue and that he woild forward my issue over. No one else from Tameron has attempted to contact me even though yhey have my email, cell, and mailing address.
It has been three months since I went in to cancel a gap insurance policy and nothing has happened.
Several months back I bought a used 2008 Accord from Tameron. Unfortunately, I agreed to a gap insurance policy. I was told I could call up and cancel it once I had paid down my loan. It is nearly impossible to get a finance guy on the phone BTW. When I tried to do so I was told I had to come into the dealership and bring the car and sign a form. Upon doing so I was told it would take TWO months to show up on my account. After three months now, nothing has happened and I have heard nothing from Tameron. After leaving a message I received no call back. What in this day and age takes two or three months to go through especially in the realm of finance?
I need the policy canceled immediately and my loan to reflect the credit that is due dated from the beginning of June.
Good afternoon,
You can close this case. Apparently the check cleared on my account the same day I made the complaint.
Thanks
The finance person wouldn't honor the online sales price I was quoted for brand new car and lied by saying my finance company wouldn't approve 2 loans
I was quoted an online price for $29,185 before taxes and fees for a 2018 Honda Accord EXL 2.0. When I arrived at the store, the finance person wouldn't honor the online price but tried selling me the car at retail price for $32,500 before taxes and fees. Also, I was pre-approved through my finance company for $30,885. Tameron Honda finance guy told me that my finance company wouldn't allow me to have another auto loan opened due to me having a current auto account already opened. Later that day I called my finance company and they said that I can have more than one account opened with them. Also, they stated that Tameron didn't contact them or submit any of my documents to complete the loan.
I want to know why is Tameron quoting online prices and not honoring that price once the customer arrives at the dealership? Why didn't Tameron try and work with me in getting into the car I wanted based off what I was pre-approved for? Why did Tameron encourage me to apply for Honda credit and through other finance companies when I was already pre-approved? Why am I not driving my 2018 Honda Accord EXL 2.0 at the price I was preapproved for?
talk to customer and resolved the issue
thanks
A salesman called me a "***" as I exited the dealership.
I visited Tameron Honda at 5:30 pm on 7/30/18 to purchase a new Honda Odyssey. I was shown the vehicle, test drove the vehicle, and sat down to discuss numbers. The 2 salesman and the manager we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The problem happened as I left the dealership at about 8:15 pm. There were 4 salesman standing outside. I was driving a motor scooter and walked up to it which was parked in front of the salesman. I was putting on my riding safety gear and put a can of soda down on the pillar next to my bike, while I put on my riding gear. One of the salesman I had never seen or interacted with before started making comments to me. The salesman was wearing a Tameron shirt, appeared to be in his 30's, was ***, had dark hair and was wearing thick rimmed black glasses. He said something disparaging about my 2018 Yamaha motor scooter, because it was not a full blown motorcycle and I ignored him. Then he said "don't forget your coke can", (that I has set on the pillar next to my bike) while I was putting on my safety gear. I told him I didn't forget it and was getting my gear on. He then said "you need to throw that in a trash can". I replied since you seem so interested in this coke can and don't have anything better to do then harass me, I will allow you to throw it out. He walked over to me and said "***" and picked up the soda can. I immediately asked him to repeat what he just called me. He replied "I said you are a real piece". I said you called me a real *** and that is really poor customer service. He replied that "I was not a customer and he didn't need my business because he already hit his quota for the month.
I listened to 2 salesman and a manager for 3 hours tell me how Tameron Honda customer service was top notch, only to be called a "***" a minute after walking outside the dealership, by another salesman because I didn't buy a $40,000 vehicle on my first visit or because my coke can sat on a pillar too long.
I would like an explanation from the owner of why salesman are harassing customers who don't buy as they exit the store. I also want to know why Tameron uniformed salesman are calling customers "***". Who is in charge of this store and allowing such an atmosphere where employees feel empowered to verbally berate customers in uniform in front of your store. I'm sure there are video cameras in front of the store that can verify the interaction and the identity of the salesman. I find this behavior outrageous when I'm contemplating spending $40,000 on a purchase after spending 3 hours at your business. I'm not sure why the Revdex.com would accredit a business with these type of strong arm tactics.
I would like to offer an apology to *** for the experience that he had at Tameron Honda. The matter has been dealt with internally.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I was contacted by *** who was very professional about what had happened and took complete ownership. There were no excuses or conditional apologies, just an acceptance that an error was made and an unconditional genuine apology from the business.
I have received several letters from Honda stating I have defective air bags and put me and my passengers in danger of death or serious injury.
I have received several letters from Honda stating I have defective airbags that put me and my passengers in danger. They have said they would fix this issue at no cost to me. However when I call to schedule Tameron Honda will not work with me whatsoever. I work until 3:30 mon-friday. They say they will not accept the car after 3. On Saturday they said they will accept the car at 8 but have "no idea" when they will be through and "cannot help me" try to know when they will be through with my car on Saturday. If this issue -which is their fault- can put me and my passengers at risk or death or serious injury, why will they not rent me a car until this issue is fixed?? I need help working this out and they are very rude and will not assist me at all. They continue to send me letters telling me I need to have this done because I am at risk of death or serious injury but when I call they will not assist me to schedule a time. I have to have someone to bring me and pick me up. Also they are very rude and obviously non-caring if I do die or am seriously injured
Rent a car for me-free of charge- until they can repair my car. Also be nice
I'm not sure who Mrs *** spoke with when she called. However, this is not a common response to any air bag issue or needed replacement when we are contacted by a customer. We have called Mrs. and set up an appointment to have her car repaired as per Honda service bulletin. Her appointment is set for Saturday the 12th. We will also be taking care of other open recalls on her car.

Tamerron did call and fixed my car in a timely manner after you contacted them. I appreciate this. However, it took years to get to this point. The person who answers the phone (and it is distressing they do not know who answers the phone because I have called multiple times over the years) has told me they could not take my car after 3 during the week. I get off at 3:30. They were very rude and unhelpful trying to give me information about the weekend. They could not give me"any idea" about how long it would take so I could get someone to pick me up and know when I would be through. I am sure this is not an isolated incident. The service department does not seem to be the problem ,but the person who answers the phone. She is rude and has no idea what really goes on in the service department.
Dealership advertised a car, when called said they had the car, then when we arrived, said they knew nothing of the car. Bait and switch.
We saw a car on line at Tameron Honda. The price the car was $14,900 for a 2017 Honda Civic with 568 miles. We called and were told they had the car and that others were looking at it. We drove 2 and 1/2 hours from Huntsville to buy the car. On arrival at the dealership, we were told they did not have the car, and had never heard of that car. They tried to sell us another car for $4000 more than the advertised price. They made excuses as to why the price was being changed. Eventually they said the price would be $450 a month. we left.
It would be nice to be repaid for the gas we used to come to their fraudulent business. At the very least the advertisements should be pulled.
The Customer is now satisfied and driving a new Honda from Tameron...thanks
My wife came in to look at a car. She was treated poorly.
I went to look at a 2016 Honda CR-V for my wife. I took her van to get an appraisal to save her time when she came later thin the day/evening. They never gave me an appraisal amount for the van, and our salesman *** said the the crv we were looking at would work with our budget that they were going to come off thousands of dollars. When she arrived our salesman was just standing in the sales room. He came to her and said he already had a customer, and sent another salesman to help her. My wife told him what car she wanted to look at, however the salesman brought a Hrv instead of the crv. She told him that it was the wrong car, and he told her that he was told to bring the hrv because it was in her budget. So she decided to leave. While she was walking out she notice our salesman was still just standing in the sales room doing nothing as he watched her leave. Another salesman cam to her and asked if she would like to look at the used car lot. My wife called me at work to let me know what had happened. She was extremely upset and crying. So I called tameron and asked to speak to our salesman he would not answer the phone. I left a message and he never returned my call. About 30 minutes later I called back to talk to the sales manager. He claimed it was a misunderstanding, and apologized. I talked to him for a while and exchanged stories about what happened. I told him he needed to apologize to my wife. He called her and changed the story that he told me and gave my wife a different one. Not really sure whats going on there but their shady behavior/dealings need to end. Our salesman has yet to contact us, to try and make things right.
Change the way they handle their dealings, and prevent it from happening to other customers.
After talking to*** about the transaction at that time and taking to account everything that transpired, we have made changes to better handle dealings like this.
Thanks
