I initially filed a complaint on 4/20/20 regarding poor service and not being provided proof of purchase after my 840 dollar purchase despite asking several times. On Saturday, May 2, 2020. I received a text message from the owner with a picture of my initial complaint and serval laughing emojis. I have several text messages stating that I would not receive a receipt. I informed *** that what he was doing was not only unprofessional but harassment and I would be filing an additional. I a complaint. If a customer files a complaint they shouldn't have to live in fear that the business owner would retaliate. After doing research I've discovered several complaints regarding poor business practices. To this day almost a month later I still do not have a proof of purchase or my original rims. This business is clearly poorly run and has no professionalism what so ever.
